As a burlesque performer I enjoyed mixing humour with sensuality. My performances took inspiration from artful languid striptease, vaudeville shtick, 1960s go-go dancing, and 1980s bouncy pop.
My adventures in burlesque began in 2003 as an off shoot from my adult entertainment performances. I had the desire to use burlesque as a form of expression just as I did with my more explicit work. I didn’t want to pick one over the other and despite what many people told me at the time I knew could do both and I have!
In 2010, after more than 10 years in front of the camera, I retired as a performer in the xxx milieu and in November 2017 I retired as a burlesque performer. I have entered a new chapter in my professional life and my focus is on sex education and well-being in mid-life.
