Classic White Shirt

I have loved wearing a classic white shirt for as long as I can remember. I used to ask for a new one for Christmas each year. For me they have a certain crispness that makes me feel prim and proper but also a common-ness to make them feel casual— as if I just rolled out of bed and grabbed it from a lover’s closet.

Here are a few photos from 1999 of me wearing a classic white shirt. Less lover's bed though and more outdoor in nature.

You can wear them with anything. It's the person and the way that they wear it that makes it different. I have been designing classic white shirts forever, but I don't get tired of it.
