One Last Burst!

I have one more day until Ça Marche! I have one more day to get ready to walk with the head and Hands team. One more day to raise a few more dollars. There was a prize of a gourmet meal prepared just for me by top pro chefs if I raised the most and another prize for the most amount of donors. I am afraid I am not in the running for either but I am not going to stop. The team is at 70% of its goal!! The money raised goes to an amazing peer run sex ed program for teens. The training is going on as we speak and everyone is excited and energized.

Head & Hands provides medical, social, and legal services to Montreal youth aged 12-25. We work within a harm-reductive, non-judgmental framework, aiming to provide youth with tools to make healthier and empowered choices. Last year our Sense Project animators gave 109 sex-ed workshops to over 800 Montreal youth. Workshop topics include safer sex and STIs, consent, boundaries, sexuality, and gender. We hope to raise $15 000 this year so that we can reach even more youth. Because it makes SENSE!
