Support Me for the AIDS Walk Sept 18

Support Me for the AIDS Walk Sept 18
In the past I was able to raise $500 through my Seska Dot Com connection for the annual AIDS walk in Montreal. Donations are low this year and I really need your help. Every donation counts and goes to support my favourtie not for profit organization  Head and Hands. The amazing staff and volunteer board of directors (which I am a part of) spend many, many hours offering health, legal and social services to youth aged 12-25.  In fact, I was a client of theirs for many years and the health clinic and STI testing helped me produce the very content so many of you enjoy by helping me stay happy and healthy. Everything that goes around comes around and I am so happy to give back to this amazing organization. Donate Today Every year we take part in Ça Marche - the HIV/AIDS walk organized by the Farha Foundation. All money we raise goes directly to The Sense Project. The Sense Project is Head and Hands' peer sex ed programme. In 2005 the Quebec government eliminated sex education from the curriculum. To fill this terrible void Head and Hands trains young people to give sex ed workshops to students in Montreal high schools and colleges. It has been an amazing success but does require yearly fundraising support to be maintained. I have the goal of raising $500 via my website and would so much appreciate your support. For Canadians you can receive a tax receipt for donations over $20 and for those Americans and international readers who think this organization is of no help to them, please keep in mind that Head and Hands may serve Montreal youth, but you would be surprised by how many Americans and international students come to Montreal for school and are at a loss for safer sex advice and sexual health services. Head and Hands provides this free of charge for youth 12-25 even those with out a provincial medicare card.  I have met such lovely folks and they have told me how thankful they are for Head and Hands and their services. Thank you to those who have already donated!!! Donate Today
