<p>I've been wearing eyeglasses since I was 14. They have been progressives for a few years and now it's time for me to put my glasses down for good. It's time to get new lenses via surgery!<br><br>Now don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed wearing glasses because they are my primary accessory, but I haven't been able to swim with ease because I cannot see more than a couple of feet in front of me. I also haven't been able to exercise in the ways I'd liked or take walks in the rain. Winter and masking have made wearing glasses a challenge.
